Four Members (DISC)
Using DISC, gym members fall into four types: D (Dominant)—goal-driven, love challenges; push them with tough targets. I (Influential)—social and fun-loving; keep things upbeat and group-based. S (Steady)—loyal and calm; build trust and provide steady routines. C (Conscientious)—detail-focused; give them structured plans and explain the “why.” Understanding these styles helps trainers motivate each person in a way that truly connects and keeps them coming back.

Gym Sales
This not about pushing memberships, this program is about really understanding what each member needs and showing them how your gym can help. It teaches your team to listen, ask the right questions, and build genuine connections. When people feel heard, they’re way more likely to join and stay.
